Enjoy a cooking class that will teach you all the basics that are required to prepare traditional Tuscan recipes: it is the perfect way of learning how to cook great food while discovering the regional culture and cuisine.
Our expert private chef Duccio Prussi will give you a hands on cooking experience and help you discover the techniques involved in preparing anything from appetizers to the varieties of traditional desserts.
Based on the availability of the ingredients, recipes will vary according to the season.
After the Cooking Class, you will visit the cellar and you will have lunch in the farmhouse. All the dishes that you prepare will be paired with 3 Capannelle wines (Chardonnay IGT, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG and Solare IGT).
The price of the program does not include a private transfer. We can offer a private transfer from Florence, Siena or other location in the area with surcharge.
